Role Overview-
The HR Executive will be exclusively responsible for managing and improving the organization’s recruitment operations and vendor onboarding activities. The role requires strong coordination, sourcing, follow up, communication, and manpower management capabilities to ensure uninterrupted deployment support for operations and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1 Recruitment Management (Primary Responsibility)
a) Handle end to end recruitment for-
- Caretakers
- Semi Nurses
- Registered Nurses
b) Focus on achieving monthly recruitment targets
c) Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns and sourcing activities
d)Identify and utilize multiple recruitment channels for manpower acquisition
e) Maintain proper recruitment pipeline and follow-up system
f) Ensure quality screening and profile shortlisting before deployment
2 Vendor Onboarding & Management
a) Identify and onboard new vendors based on operational requirements
b) Maintain active communication with existing vendors
c) Ensure vendor resource availability for urgent and replacement cases
d) Strengthen vendor network across operational locations
Operational Ratio Requirement
The role must maintain the following manpower sourcing ratio:
A) 75% – In house Recruitment
B)- 25% – Vendor-based Resource Support
The primary focus should always be on strengthening internal manpower availability while maintaining an active vendor backup network.
Key Expectations
A)- Achieve monthly recruitment and onboarding targets
B)- Ensure manpower availability for deployments and replacements
C)- Maintain proper reporting and follow-up processes
D)- Improve recruitment conversion ratio and onboarding efficiency
E)- Coordinate closely with Operations, Administration, and Sales teams
Skills Required

E)- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Reporting Structure
a)- Reports to: Administrative Head OR Management
b)- Coordinates with Sales Team, Operations Team, Vendors, and Ground Staff
