Position Overview
We are hiring a highly energetic and target-driven Recruitment Executive responsible for continuous bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce and healthcare staff. The role involves field recruitment, institutional tie-ups, and manpower vendor management to ensure consistent monthly hiring and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk Hiring & Field Recruitment
Handle mass hiring of:
Caretakers / Attendants / Ward boys
Unskilled & semi-skilled labor
GDA (General Duty Assistants)
Nursing & paramedic candidates
Conduct daily field sourcing activities in local areas, villages, and job hubs
Organize walk-in drives and job camps
2. Candidate Sourcing & Hunting
Source candidates from:
10th pass / fail backgrounds
Freshers & experienced workforce
Build strong pipelines through:
Local references
Job consultants
Community networks
Maintain a ready database of candidates for urgent deployment
3. Institutional & Agency Tie-ups
Develop and manage partnerships with:
GDA training institutes
Nursing colleges
Paramedical institutes
Skill development centers
Collaborate with:
Local manpower agencies
Placement consultants
Conduct campus hiring drives & bulk recruitment campaigns
4. Screening, Interview & Selection
Conduct:
Telephonic screening
Face-to-face interviews
Evaluate:
Basic communication skills
Work attitude & reliability
Physical fitness (for caregiving roles)
Ensure proper document collection & onboarding
5. Vendor & Manpower Management
Build and maintain relationships with:
Local manpower suppliers
Freelance recruiters
Negotiate hiring costs and ensure quality candidate supply
Track vendor performance
6. Deployment & Replacement Hiring
Coordinate with operations team for:
Immediate staffing requirements
Replacement of candidates
Ensure quick turnaround time for deployments
7. Target Achievement & Reporting
Meet monthly hiring targets (20–60+ candidates)
Maintain:
Daily activity tracker
Interview & joining reports
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
