Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
Negotiate offers and close candidates within timelines
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Adhere to recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
