Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing to onboarding)
  
  

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  
  

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  
  

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  
  

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  
  

• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  
  

• Maintain and update candidate data in ATS or recruitment trackers
  
  

• Negotiate offers and close candidates within timelines
  
  

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  
  

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
  

• Adhere to recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
  

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional
  
  

• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies
  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  
  

• Familiarity with ATS and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  
  

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
