HR Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical HR Recruiter to join our team at Ina TechFM Global Solutions Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of as per industry standards and growth opportunities.

Location - Thane - Kasarvadavli - MBC PARK

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions for technical and site-based roles.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, references, and field recruitment.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Handle hiring for roles such as Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Shift Engineers, and Facility Managers.
Manage bulk hiring and multiple site requirements.
Handle offer rollout, joining, and onboarding processes.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of recruitment experience. Knowledge of recruitment processes, resume databases, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in Facility Management / Technical hiring with good technical knowledge is preferred. Additional skills like sourcing techniques, coordination abilities, and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days a week
