We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the organization in building a strong and capable team. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, identify suitable candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This role requires strong communication skills, good judgment in candidate evaluation, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads to align hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
2. Candidate Engagement
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide clear information regarding job roles, company expectations, and employment terms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.
3. Recruitment Operations
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Coordinate interview feedback and assist in the decision-making process.
Support in preparing offer letters and documentation for selected candidates.
4. Employer Branding & Hiring Support
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives when required.
Help strengthen the company’s employer brand by maintaining professional communication with candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition., Fresher can apply for an internship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and candidate sourcing strategies.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize hiring requirements effectively.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
