HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Ambattur, Chennai. The role focuses on bulk hiring for banking sales positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or similar fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking sales roles

• Handle bulk hiring requirements within tight deadlines

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process

• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (bulk hiring/BPO hiring preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in hiring for sales or banking roles

• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred

• Local candidates from Chennai or nearby areas
