Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Worked in ATS (Application Tracking System).

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.

• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Any stream – HR preferred).

• MBA/PGDM in HR (optional but preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of IT roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, QA Tester, etc.

• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle.

Salary

• ₹0.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (for freshers)
