WE ARE HIRING: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. If you enjoy sourcing talent and closing positions, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and databases

• Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment records

• Support end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or calling

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Target-oriented and proactive attitude

• Immediate joiners preferred
