Job Title: HR Intern - Taxi Driver Recruitment

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR to support our taxi driver recruitment efforts. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

 • Sourcing and Screening:

   • Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify potential taxi driver candidates.

   • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements (e.g., valid driver's license, driving record, knowledge of the city).

   • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

 • Recruitment Process:

   • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

   • Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications (e.g., customer service skills, driving experience, and knowledge of local roads).

   • Coordinate background checks, including driving record verification.

   • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

 • Onboarding:

   • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training on taxi operations, passenger safety, and company policies.

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

 • Data Management:

   • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.

   • Prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

 • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 • Strong organizational and time management skills.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 • Interest in the transportation industry and recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources.

 • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

 • Familiarity with taxi industry operations.
