Job Title: Recruiter – Ranchi

Job Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Job Responsibilities:

- Ranchi और Jamshedpur में manpower recruitment एवं bulk hiring करना।

- Candidates को source करना, screening करना और interview coordinate करना।

- Candidates का follow-up करके joining करवाना।

- Candidate documents collect करके onboarding process में support करना।

- Daily recruitment और joining target पूरा करना।

- Daily hiring report HR/Manager को submit करना।

Travel & Field Work:

- Recruiter को Ranchi और Jamshedpur दोनों locations में field hiring करनी होगी।

- आवश्यकता के अनुसार Ranchi से Jamshedpur और Jamshedpur से Ranchi travel करना होगा।

- Local market, job locations, labour points, colleges, institutes और other sourcing locations पर जाकर candidates की hiring करनी होगी।

- Recruitment drives और walk-in interviews में personally उपस्थित होकर candidates को mobilize करना होगा।

- Field work के दौरान candidates से direct interaction और regular follow-up करना होगा।

- Local travel के लिए ₹2,000/month travel allowance दिया जाएगा।

Requirements:

- 6 months–1 year recruitment/hiring experience preferred.

- Ranchi/Jamshedpur में local candidate network preferred.

- Good communication & convincing skills.

- Field recruitment और bulk hiring करने की क्षमता।

- Target-oriented और responsible होना चाहिए।

Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹2,000 Travel Allowance

Total: ₹17,000/month

Target: Minimum 30 successful joinings per month.

Important: यह position field + travel-based recruitment role है। Candidate को Ranchi और Jamshedpur दोनों locations पर hiring के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
