Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Conduct or coordinate background verification and reference checks.
Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
Draft and post job descriptions on multiple hiring platforms.
Assist in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
Support training and development plans for clients and internal teams.
Ensure timely closure of positions as per client requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR recruitment
BBA/MBA in HR or related specialization.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and ATS/tools.
