Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with mandatory prior exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with experience hiring for pharma manufacturing, pharma equipment, pharma solutions, engineering, quality, production, R&D, regulatory, sales, and other pharma-related functions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for pharmaceutical, manufacturing, engineering, and pharma-related positions.



Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.



Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, social media, and other channels.



Screen resumes and conduct initial HR / recruiter screening.



Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, industry experience, location, notice period, and role suitability.



Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.



Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle until joining.



Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports.



Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.



Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities.



Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.



Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills



Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment / talent acquisition lifecycle.



Mandatory prior experience in pharmaceutical recruitment / pharma industry hiring.



Understanding of pharma manufacturing and related technical functions is preferred.



Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.



Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

 Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

 Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

 Strong ownership towards recruitment targets and position closures.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment and staffing environment.

Qualification

 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization will be preferred.

 6 Months – 2 Years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.

 Prior pharmaceutical industry / pharma recruitment experience is mandatory.

 Exposure to pharma manufacturing, pharma equipment, pharma solutions, or pharma related technical hiring will be highly relevant.
