We are seeking a motivated Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT roles within India, ensuring timely closures and a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for domestic IT positions
Understand job requirements and source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Negotiate salary and support offer rollout & onboarding
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
