Job Description: As an HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment.

Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process. • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed.
