Job Summary:

HR Factor is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. If you have a passion for recruitment and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

2. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates

3. Collaborate with clients/hiring managers to understand job requirements

4. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process

5. Build relationships with clients and candidates

6. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights

Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment

2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

5. Basic knowledge of HR systems and tools
