Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Depends on Interview) + Attractive Incentives
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Okhla Phase 2. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring, have good communication skills, and be able to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
Follow up with shortlisted candidates
Maintain recruitment database and reports
Achieve hiring targets within deadlines
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on Interview Performance)
