Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at our Juinagar, Navi Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various positions across the organization. The recruiter should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
