Job Description

We are looking for full time HR Recruiter at Navi Mumbai Location.

-Managing full hiring cycle.

-Identifying needs,sourcing candidates online,referrals,job portals etc

-Screening resumes,conducting interviews(phone,in person)

-Assessing skills,negotiating offers.

-Aim to achieve the target at given timeline.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with hiring managers to understand roles.
