Sourcing & Advertising: Source potential candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks. Post job openings on company careers pages and external job boards.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes and application forms. Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess applicant skills and cultural fit.
Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. Coordinate interviews, provide shortlists of qualified candidates, and handle offer negotiations.
Networking & Branding: Participate in job fairs and university relations to build a talent pipeline. Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Administration & Metrics: Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
