Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate the complete recruitment and selection process.
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Skills:
