Job Description: HR Executive (Recruitment)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Executive (Recruitment) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to on boarding, and will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Use various recruitment methods and platforms (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to find suitable candidates.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and short-list candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in interview preparation.
5. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ø Job Posting and Advertisement:
1. Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
2. Write compelling job descriptions that clearly outline job responsibilities and required qualifications.
Ø Interview Coordination:
1. Arrange and conduct interviews, including telephonic and face-to-face interviews, depending on the requirement.
2. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Provide feedback to candidates post-interviews and manage candidate communication.
Ø Candidate Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong talent pool for future hiring.
2. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ø Offer Management:
1. Extend job offers to selected candidates and coordinate the joining formalities.
2. Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and other related documentation.
Ø Onboarding:
1. Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring they complete all required documentation and are properly introduced to the company culture and policies.
2. Collaborate with the HR team to prepare induction programs and materials.
Ø Record Keeping and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview notes, and offer details.
2. Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to HR management, tracking the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and hiring timelines.
Ø Skills and Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate ( MBA Preferred)
2. Proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
