Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and plan recruitment accordingly

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

• Coordinate with HR operations for joining formalities

• Follow up with candidates from offer to joining stage

• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
