If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong expertise in Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, this opportunity is for you. 🔍 Role: IT Recruiter 📍 Location: [okhla -Hybrid ] 🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years CTC - 25k to 35K PM+ variable Must have laptop with them good condition do check configuration Excellent communication skills ✨ What You’ll Do: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Contract & C2H roles Act as a single point of contact for clients · Individual contributor !! · Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely delivery · Work across multiple IT skill sets & domains · Source candidates via LinkedIn, Job Portals & ATS tools · Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews · Handle candidate engagement, follow-ups & offer closures · Maintain accurate data and recruitment reports · Ensure an excellent candidate experience 💼 What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic market) Strong expertise in Contract & C2H hiring Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, portals & ATS Great communication and coordination abilities
