Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Electronic city, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate salary and coordinate offer and joining formalities.

• Ensure candidates join on the committed date and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Achieve recruitment targets within the given timeline.

Requirements

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant recruitment experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic recruitment tools.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
