We are seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a fresher eager to start your career, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the recruitment industry.
Our primary focus is on IT recruitment (90%), but we are also open to professionals with experience in Non-IT recruitment (10%). If you have prior experience in IT hiring, it will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles.
Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.
What we’re looking for:
3 months to 5 years of recruitment experience.
Strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills in English
