Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and prepare a clear understanding of job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations, and job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates and clients regarding interview feedback and selection status.

• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.

• Negotiate salary and discuss offers with selected candidates.

• Coordinate the offer, joining, and onboarding process.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep recruitment records and candidate databases updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
