Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement understanding to onboarding • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and timelines • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and databases • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for niche roles
3. Screening & Evaluation • Review resumes and shortlist relevant profiles • Conduct telephonic / virtual / face-to-face interviews • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, attitude, and cultural fit
4. Interview Coordination • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders • Ensure smooth interview processes and follow-ups • Collect feedback and communicate outcomes to candidates
5. Candidate Management • Maintain regular communication with candidates • Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and documentation • Ensure strong candidate engagement and experience
6. Offer & Closure Management • Roll out offer letters • Negotiate compensation within approved budgets • Track joining dates and reduce dropouts
7. Database & Reporting • Maintain ATS / recruitment trackers • Generate reports on hiring metrics • Track KPIs like TAT, closure rate, and pipeline health
8. Employer Branding • Support employer branding initiatives • Promote job openings through multiple channels • Maintain company reputation in candidate interactions
