We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong exposure to BPO / Call Center / Tele sales hiring. The ideal candidate should be confident in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, with the ability to meet daily joining targets.
End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Tele sales / Tele calling roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
Assess candidate interest, communication skills, and role suitability
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
Perform reference checks with current and previous employers when required
Ensure timely closure of positions
Manage and execute the onboarding process
Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
Achieve daily hiring targets (2 joinings per day)
Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years as an HR Recruiter (on papers)
Mandatory experience in BPO / Call Center / Telesales hiring
Strong telephonic and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to communicate in Hindi and English
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment
