Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.

- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess skills, experience, and suitability.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing open positions.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.

- Ability to understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

- Freshers are not preferred.
