Key Responsibilities
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews across multiple departments and calendars. [1, 2]
Candidate Communication: Act as the main point of contact for applicants, providing updates, answering questions, and delivering a positive candidate experience. [1, 2]
Pipeline Management: Post open positions to job boards, screen initial resumes, and track applicant movement using an [Applicant Tracking System (ATS)](index:0.6.3, 0.6.7). [1, 2, 3]
Onboarding & Compliance: Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, collect new-hire paperwork, and assist with introductory onboarding activities. [1, 2, 3]
Reporting: Generate data reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and active candidate pipelines. [1]
Required Skills & Qualifications
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and handle last-minute calendar changes.
Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and basic HR software.
Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
