Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter (Fresher) candidates who are eager to start their career in talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and supporting the hiring process while learning end-to-end recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and databases
Assist in building and maintaining a candidate pipeline
Support employer branding initiatives by sharing job openings online
2. Screening & Interview Coordination:
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screenings
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Assist in basic behavioural and skills-based interview discussions
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
Share candidate updates and feedback regularly
Maintain smooth communication throughout the recruitment process
4. Offer & Onboarding Support:
Assist in offer rollout and documentation
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities
Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes follow company policies
5. Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / Excel trackers
Update recruitment status and reports regularly
Track basic recruitment metrics such as interview status and closures
6. Compliance & Learning:
Follow recruitment guidelines, company policies, and ethical hiring practices
Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices under guidance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any discipline
Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)
Internship or training in HR/recruitment is an added advantage
Key Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong time management & organizational skills
Willingness to learn recruitment tools and processes
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
