• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating

• Work on multiple hiring mandates across IT and/or Non-IT roles

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers

• Ensure closure of positions within defined TATs

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Provide regular hiring updates and reports to management

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 0.6–5 years of recruitment experience in a placement agency/relevent experience (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work on volume as well as niche hiring

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills

• Target-driven and outcome-oriented mindset

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
