Job Description – HR Recruiter (Freshers & Experienced)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients
Support onboarding and documentation process when required
