🚀 Hiring: HR Recruiter (Fresher) – BPO Recruitment || Rampur Garden, Bareilly.

We are hiring an HR Recruiter (Freshers) for BPO recruitment. As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding for high-volume hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end BPO recruitment
✔ Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ Follow up with candidates until successful joining
✔ Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets
✔ Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews
✔ Manage bulk hiring requirements

⏰ Work Details:
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
• 5.5 Days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday + Sunday off)

💰 Salary: upto ₹20,000 (based on interview & experience)
