Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities ● Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles such as Developers, Testers, Analysts, Engineers, and Support roles ● Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies ● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases ● Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit ● Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical panels ● Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle ● Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination ● Maintain accurate recruitment data and MIS reports ● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements ● Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes Required Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment ● Good understanding of IT technologies and roles ● Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) ● Strong sourcing and screening skills ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements ● Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS (preferred) Preferred Skills ● Experience in startup or consultancy hiring ● Knowledge of contract hiring or lateral hiring ● Familiarity with technical screening questions What We Offer ● Competitive salary and performance-based incentives ● Learning and growth opportunities ● Collaborative and professional work environment Visit link below to know about the company – https://infobay.ai/
