We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, and payroll assistance. The role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate HR records while ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-end Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
✅ Resume Screening & Shortlisting
✅ Telephonic Interviews & Interview Scheduling
✅ Recruitment for Plant, Manufacturing & Shop-floor Positions
✅ Candidate Follow-up & Joining Coordination
✅ Maintaining Recruitment Data & Reports
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
1–2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
Manufacturing / Industrial recruitment experience preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
