About the Role

ECOG Core Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment activities while managing a team of recruiters and collaborating closely with clients and hiring managers. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in talent acquisition, team leadership, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.

• Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with selected candidates.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

• Assign job requirements to recruiters, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality and compliance.

• Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS platforms such as Zoho Recruit, Naukri Recruiter, or similar tools.

• Prepare recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and performance analytics.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity.

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Achieve individual and team weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring targets.

Experience Required

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.

• Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or managing a recruitment team.

• Experience in handling client requirements and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Experience in a recruitment consultancy is an added advantage.

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit, Naukri Recruiter, or similar platforms.

Educational Qualification

• Any Degree Completed.

• MBA in Human Resources is an added advantage.
