We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to lead our full-cycle talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring pipeline from initial sourcing to onboarding.
Proactive Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviews: Evaluate candidates for technical fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
Hiring Collaboration: Work closely with department leads to define hiring needs and requirements.
Offer & Onboarding: Draft competitive offers and coordinate a seamless onboarding experience.
Education:
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in HR Management is required.

Qualifications:

1 + years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and candidate-evaluation skills.
