Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday: 2nd & 4th Saturday – Half Day

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer rollout and joining formalities.

The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.

• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, communication, and suitability for the role.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with HODs, senior management, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage salary discussions, candidate negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining coordination.

• Ensure smooth completion of joining formalities and pre-employment documentation.

• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview status, and hiring reports.

• Build and maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Work towards achieving recruitment targets and timely closure of open positions.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure effective candidate selection.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize offer dropouts.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Prepare regular recruitment status reports and provide updates on open positions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Hands-on experience with job portals and social media recruitment platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment requirements simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team.
