# HR Executive

Locations: Alwar & Noida

Experience: 1+ Year in HR

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

### Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to join our team in Alwar and Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an HR role and be comfortable handling day-to-day HR activities.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes from sourcing to joining.

• Screen candidates and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Manage attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities.

• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

• Assist with HR policies and administrative activities.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Support other HR functions as required.

### Requirements

Minimum •1 year of experience in HR••.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA/PGDM will be an advantage.

• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

### Salary & Benefits

₹8,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
