This is an entry-level role ideal for someone just starting out in HR / Recruitment. He / She will work closely with our recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Work with hiring managers to understand open roles and required qualifications.
Source potential candidates by posting jobs online, searching resume databases, networking, etc.
Screen applicant resumes and select qualified candidates to move forward.
Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess applicants' skills and fit.
Manage and organize candidate information and status throughout the pipeline.
Assist in preparing offer letters and on boarding new hires.
Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to identify talent.
Provide administrative support to Regional HR SPOC's as needed.
