JOB DESCRIPTION: HR RECRUITER
Job Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Salary & Incentives: ₹15,000 per month + incentives

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week; Sunday is a fixed weekly day off.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and telephonic screenings.

• Explain job responsibilities, salary packages, shift timings, and company policies to candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining dates.

• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.

  
  Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: PUC or any graduate.

• Freshers only and Male candidates only

• Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
