📍 Location: Surat

Join our growing placement consultancy and handle complete recruitment cycle!

🔹 Responsibilities (End-to-End Recruitment):
• Understanding client requirements
• Sourcing candidates from portals (Naukri, Indeed)
• Screening & shortlisting profiles
• Interview scheduling & coordination
• Candidate follow-up till final joining
• Maintaining database & reports

🔹 Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Confident & convincing personality
• Target-oriented mindset
• Fresher / Experienced both can apply
