Job Title:HR Recruiter
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities-
* Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills-
* Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
* Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
* Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
* Laptop must.
