Position - HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to source, screen and mobilise candidates for various job opportunities across different industries and locations.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and database.
Screen candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Explain job details, salary, location and other employment terms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA will be an advantage.
0–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good communication, convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
