Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Post job openings on portals, social media, and other platforms.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
