### Job Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
* Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
* Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
* Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
* Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
* Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
* Assist with attendance, employee records, and other HR activities.
### Requirements
* Graduate or MBA in HR / Human Resources.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel.
* Freshers can apply; prior recruitment experience is preferred.
