Key Responsibilities
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and provide regular recruitment updates.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and skills.
