We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Cloud Xpressions to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic female professional to join our team in Porur. This role primarily involves telecalling and recruitment, with a focus on conducting interviews
Responsibilities:
-telecalling and recruitment to identify potential candidates.
-conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
-Fixing Walk-in Interviews for Job .
Work Timings - 9.30 to 5.30
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling and recruitment is a plus.
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-Coordinating with Hiring Managers.
Job Requirements:
fresher with no experience will be trained and minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
