Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Recruiter Intern to support our hiring process. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals and social media
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring updates
Follow up with candidates regularly

Skills Required:

Good verbal communication
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Professional attitude
Quick learner
Ability to handle multiple candidates
